Base London celebrates a successful 25 years in the footwear business

BFA member Base London celebrate a proud milestone this month

Since its inception in 1995, Base London has successfully fulfilled it’s aim to take it’s sartorially inclined client from ‘boardroom to the bar’.

From its Cool Britannia 1990’s roots in London, the brand has extended its fan base and is today available in every continent globally. Base London now not only sells online throughout Europe and the USA but also distributes its seasonal collections to stockists in over 20 countries worldwide, and even counts a raft of own-brand stores in the Far-East.

And they’re confident they’ll push even further forward during the next 25 years, a spokesman said: “We’re looking to the future with the same single commitment which has defined our first 25 years – to deliver progressive design-led shoes at an accessible price but with a visual handwriting and level of craftsmanship generally associated with the luxury market.”
