2020 is looking to be a transformational year for Hotter with CEO Ian Watson hand picking a new product team led by Chief Product Officer Claire Pearl, previously of Hobbs and the White Company, which Watson hopes will revitalise the style and comfort DNA of the brand.

“We’ve been working hard to refocus our business over the last 11 months and I’m excited about the team we have put together to drive this forward to the next stage.” Ian Watson said.  “Pablo is the perfect fit for our business, we’re excited to work with a great team of proven professionals, we’re expecting them to deliver fantastic results, comfortably!”

The changes continue at Hotter as the business has also appointed Giles Coulson as its first Head of Product Development and Research with the remit of revolutionising the brand’s comfort DNA. Mr Coulson who has worked in the footwear industry for 31 years brings experience to Hotter from brands such as Hudson, Clarks and DMs.

“Giles is a key appointment to our product team, his exceptional international shoe making experience is integral to our plan to move products forward at speed,” added Hotter CEO Ian Watson “Giles has been with us for just three weeks and has already implemented a raft of new product developments; I’m certain he is going catapult our comfort DNA to the next level.”
