- Background and prosecutions since 2007
- Areas where companies are most vulnerable to prosecution under Corporate Manslaughter and the Health and Safety at work Act following a major accident or fatality
- Steps your company must take to reduce vulnerability and prosecution
- An overview of Sentencing Guidelines
- Read through / discuss example prosecutions and fines for companies that have breached health and safety law and a major accident or fatality has occurred.
