  • Corporate Manslaughter – The Risks and Realities
    • Background and prosecutions since 2007 
  • Areas where companies are most vulnerable to prosecution under Corporate Manslaughter and the Health and Safety at work Act following a major accident or fatality 
  • Steps your company must take to reduce vulnerability and prosecution 
  • An overview of Sentencing Guidelines 
  • Read through / discuss example prosecutions and fines for companies that have breached health and safety law and a major accident or fatality has occurred.
